Setting some New Goals

It's almost June 1 and it is the time of year, where I examine my yearly goals and admit to my successes and failures.

I always look at those I need to improve on first - my walking and my eating.

And I am re focusing on these two.  My daughters, the youngest two, and my youngest son are home for the summer SO... We have set up an obstacle exercise course in the back yard - and my son has taken on the Motivator Coach Role (he is fit).  So I have my Circuit training for  the summer and I have recommitted to my 15 miles to walk a week - with my dog, those two things are easy.  But I need to do the strength training for my BONES so I must get back to the weights at the gym.

We have dumped the food we do not need to eat, filled the fridge with fruits veggies proteins and I think my Summer come be healthy - If I make the right choices.  Getting back to what I am comfortable, which is the simply filling plan for Weight Watchers, Inc.  I really should attend meetings, because I have so many friends who are leaders, they are double the inspiration - I will see about it - I think it will be beneficial to me.

Going in the Right Direction:
My reading goals have been over and above what I could have wished for.  My Facebook time has been less and less (excellent), I have been able to take 10 hours a week to cross stitch, and I have made every attempt to spend more time with all my grandkids.  I have started purging my cross stitch stuff to send to a Womens Center, and my clothes and other things to do the good will.  I am afraid of something thinking I am a hoarder... (well not so bad, but could be).

  1. What a great idea! I like to set goals but somehow the're always impossible to make. Just one or two goals would be way better.
It looks like you focused right and chose the right persons, lots of luck!
