GrandKid Craft Day Blog Hop #7

Blog Hop #7

What do you do with the floss, thread, beads, and other elements you have left over from full project kits?

On the Friday after Thanksgiving, nick named Black Friday, I have Grandkids Christmas Craft Day.  It is a day my kids, leave their kids, (overnight on Thanksgiving, or dropped off Friday morning) with me for the day, so my kids can shop the sales.  We do Christmas crafts.  During the year, I pick up little things, or come up with ideas of things to make on that day - the kids make gifts or ornaments, all depends.  My grandkids go in age from 17 - 7 months so we have several different skill levels.  Anyway, any thing I have left over, threads, beads, cloth, goes in the Craft Box - we figure out how to use it as we go.
I do have help, my younger daughters, the ones without kids, help with the craft making, feeding, parade watching with the grandkids.

  4. Thank you all, always looking for new crafty ideas. Please feel free to share ideas or links - I always do two crafts - one for the kids 10 and over and then a different one for the little ones.
